Upgraded and sporterized Remington Rolling Block rifle in 45-70 caliber, replacement in-the-white 32" barrel with installed scope blocks, markings removed from receiver, long range vernier rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation, and blade/bead front sight. It features a smooth curved trigger, smooth hammer spur, and checkered breech block handle. The receiver finish looks to be a high luster polish, and the barrel is in-the-white. The high gloss hardwood furniture sports a smooth schnabel forend, a smooth straight grip buttstock, and an adjustable rubber recoil pad. The overall finish is approximately 60% with scattered rust throughout. The wood is very good with minor handling marks. The rifle has a bright bore with strong rifling, and a tight action that works well.
